The mission of the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) is to forward the University's strategic goals, enhance learning, enable scholarly endeavors, and support effective institutional management. In collaboration with the academic and business units of the University of Massachusetts Boston, ITSD accomplishes this mission by providing reliable and efficient technology resources, systems, services, tools and training to the University community.
