Abstract
This guest speaker session, part of Professor Wei Ding's Industry AI Applications course at the University of Massachusetts Boston, features Amrita Datta, Global Marketing Strategist, Enterprise AI Advisor, and Vice President and Board Member of AMA Boston. The session introduces the Global-to-Local (G2L) Framework and explores how to turn working AI prototypes into trustworthy and reliable applications. Through real-world examples, participants learn about key elements of trustworthy AI, including guardrails, data boundaries, human oversight, failure handling, and evaluation, and explore how these concepts can be applied to their own AI projects.
