Abstract
SKUNKED is an excerpt of a novel about 17-year-old Anna. When an explicit video of her is passed around school, Anna transfers to a private school where she seeks to reinvent herself. SKUNKED explores themes of religion and repression, shame and sexuality, and female friendship.
