Abstract
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) was identified in the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 as being able to provide guidance to the other federal agencies with their telework implementation. Since GSA consults the other federal agencies with telework implementation, it is important to identify the factors of success, along with the challenges GSA found with telework implementation inside its own agency.
