Abstract
The SoftSecond Program (SSP) focuses on enabling low and moderate income households the opportunity to become homeowners. This research will help to figure out how the SSP allows low and moderate income families in the Boston area to purchase their first home. The positive and negative impacts of participating in the SSP will also be discussed.
