Abstract
Soldier On is a private nonprofit organization in Leeds, Massachusetts whose unique continuum of care model is dedicated to ending veteran homelessness. This mixed methods case study will explore veteran homelessness and how the continuum of care model in this organization responds to the needs of the veteran.
