Abstract
A growth initiative within a Boston Massachusetts non-profit training company to provide an online portal for both graduates of their programs and increase their audience base has begun. This Capstone Project seeks to resolve brand inconsistencies across teams working on their initiative. Utilizing a systems thinking approach, this author examined the standards for brand consistency in business, researched branding’s impact on eLearning development, and by assessing end-user behavior facilitated a solution prior to the development of eLearning and, therefore, realized brand consistency for this company.
